How to make strawberry preserve?
Strawberry Preserve, for its preparation, it is cleaned using the most ripe strawberries and washed thoroughly. Approximately 2 kg (4 glasses of sugar per 1 kg of strawberries) are added to the cleaned strawberries and kept waiting. It is started to boil over medium heat. It is boiled for 45 minutes and lemon juice is added to prevent it from sugaring towards the end of the boiling phase. After the preserve is ready, it should be placed in a hot jar and should not be exposed to air for long-term storage. Strawberry preserve is consumed with pleasure after it cools down.
