Recipe:
Put 1 teaspoon of mortar coffee per person in the pot. Then add a cup of water per person and mix well. If you prefer sugar, add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Then put the coffee pot on the stove and start cooking without mixing. When the coffee starts to froth, immediately remove it from the stove and share the frothy part in the cups.
Then, if you wish, take the coffee back to the stove and let it rise a little more. Finally, share the remaining coffee in the pot between the cups. That's it. Although Dibek coffee is a self-flavored coffee due to the ingredients added, you can also serve it with treats such as Turkish delight, cookies, or dates. Bon Appetit.
