Nadir Dolama, is made of 12-layer phyllo. It is rolled into a wrap. Its ingredients include large pistachios in handfuls. As the number of phyllo layers is quite less compared to other baklawa types, its cook time is also shorter than that of other baklawa. It is cooked at 170°C
